NAS (Installation, configuration,Backup)
BACKUP (Desktop, Server – Acronis/iperius/Cobian etc.)
Router/Firewall Configuration
VPN (Site to site, Dial in – Draytek, Sonicwall, Fortinet)
MS office (OUTLOOK (Pro level support), IMAP, POP, Archive)
Local Email server (MDaemon/Exchange) Gmail, O365 others
Network understanding (LAN, WAN, VLAN)
Remote support skill (Teamviewer, Anydesk etc)
Communication skill
